MCR Aesthetics: Turning to fillers is becoming much more common [MCR Aesthetics ]
Turning to fillers to enhance the face’s natural features is becoming more and more common, with many celebrities and beauty bloggers alike swearing by the non-surgical procedure – complted by highly experienced practitioners – in order to achieve a desired look.
Reality TV has exploded onto our screens in recent years – with Love Island stars this year including Megan Barton Hanson and Darylle Sargeant both confirming they had gone down the filler route, in order to achieve their sensational jaw-lines and distinctive looks.
MCR Aesthetics, based in Manchester, Liverpool, Marbella and New York, are one such clinic which offer an all-in-one package to enhance a client’s features in either a dramatic or subtle way – aptly named the Kim K package.

Praised by hundreds online as the “iconic” choice for those wanting to sculpt, lift and firm their visage, the Kim K package involves numbing cream being applied to the jawline and cheek area, before injectable fillers are placed with precision in specific target areas to create a defined look.
“The Kim K package is a contouring package, which entails contouring and sculpting of the jaw line, cheeks and chin to sharpen and chisel the face,” Sarah Watson, highly advanced practitioner and owner of MCR Aesthetics exclusively told OK! Online.
“Many celebrities have had this procedure for years, and we all thought that was the way they were born – but it just isn’t the case. More and more are revealing that their defined and distinctive features are actually down to fillers.”

Demand is soaring for the ever-popular procedure, and Sarah’s aesthetic practice sees clients travel from all over the world to get the treatment, trusting her to create the required look they want each and every time.
Our own experience of the clinic was nothing but positive, with our fears of filler laid bare before the injection was even removed from the packet. Having a foreign liquid injected into your face can be incredibly daunting, so only going to a trusted, professional practitioner like Sarah is a necessity.
Having the knowledge that the filler was only temporary and could be dissolved if not right set us at ease immediately, and minutes after the application of the numbing agent the process began – almost completely pain free.

Lots of tiny injections were placed into the jawline, chin and cheek area, and just moments later the comfortable, almost therapeutic session was complete.
Speaking about the process and fillers themselves, Sarah added: “The filler we use is Dermaren, with the qualities being incredibly long-lasting in the face. The Lidacane takes away the pain, and it’s one of MCR Aesthetics chosen fillers.”
The results were simply incredible just seconds after the enhancement took place, with a slight hint of bruising lasting just days before the full look was attained.

“These results are not permanent, however can last up to 12 months,” Sarah added. “After-care takes up to seven to 14 days to completely settle, and you should not touch the filler in any way as bruising and swelling does happen.
“Most people come back for a top up after six months because they like the sharp, chiselled look.”
For those still worried about the procedure, Sarah insisted: “Fillers are completely safe – they’re all tested and regulated, and they dissolve over a period of time.”

It isn’t hard to see why so many are shunning the idea of surgery, and instead going for a semi-permanent, safe procedure like at MCR Aesthetics. With a comfortable and warm environment, a feel of security and truly amazing results, it’s easy to see why so many are heading down this path to achieve the look they truly want.
For those wanting to train in aesthetics, Sarah’s MCR Academy also trains medics and non-medics in basic filler and advanced contour courses, as well as Botox.
