Max Evans teamed up with partner Ale Izquierdo for his debut Dancing On Ice performance last night, Sunday January 14.
But as the rugby player took to the rink to try and impress the likes of judges Jason Gardiner and Ashley Banjo, ITV viewers were left totally distracted.
The former rugby player appeared to taken his fake tanning duties to the extreme, and the Twittersphere couldn’t help but comment on his new look.
One person wrote: “Has Max Evans been dip dyed upside down in the fake tan? #DancingOnIce

While a second added: “Max was really really good, but I’m distracted by how orange he looks with that Trump like fake tan. #DancingOnIce.”
“@maxevans13 is bae … even when he’s more mahogany than natural tan,” insisted another.
Another even said: “So the voice over guy went last week, this week they need a word with whoever’s applying the fake tan.”
As people continue to discuss the beauty blunder, one tanning expert has stepped in to offer their beauty advice for avoiding bronzing blunders. Sienna X brand ambassador Carly Hobbs gave the following guide:

“Way too many of my clients, both of the celeb and private variety think exfoliating means a quick tickle with those not-so-great scratchy gloves or a two second scrub with an old product. This won’t cut it – sorry – the better you buff the better you will bronze.

“Work Sienna X Polishing Body Scrub (£11.95), making the most of the fine, yet effective texture, from top to toe. Swirl over skin in circular motions, going extra firm on toes, knees, elbows and knuckles.”
“Before you hop out of the shower after exfoliating, give skin a quick blast with cold water. Feel free to squeal as you do so, but know that it’s all for the greater tanning good as this nippy extra beauty step encourages all the pores across your body to close, meaning you will have as even tone as possible.
“Don’t forget your face, this is a particularly pore-y area. Reward yourself with a pat dry to warm up afterwards.”

“When getting your tanning technique right you need to go slow before you do it like a pro. Allow yourself at least half an hour to get the job done, pop on a playlist – the sunnier the tunes the better in January – and treat it like, well a treat.
“Go over every bit of the body, then double check your handy work in the mirror – the natural-looking guide colours of all the Sienna X offerings from mist to mousse make this easy.
“Just like make-up brushes make blending on blusher and base a whole lot easier and the results extra pretty, a tanning mitt has the same effect on your faux glow.
“The Sienna X Luxury Tanning Mitt is so soft it’s hard not to get flawless results so always use it – it’s also ideal to apply your Sienna X Radiance Balm post tanning and between to keep your hydration, and hotness, levels up.
Tune into Dancing On Ice on Sundays at 6PM on ITV.
