Millie Mackintosh has been forced to close her fashion label Cammac, which she founded in 2014.
The Evening Standard has reported the 28-year-old former Made In Chelsea – who is set to marry fianceHugo Taylor– has gone into liquidation, and the designer has recently spoken out about the unfortunate news, which coincided with the return of the E4 programme on March 12.
In a post shared on her Instagram account, Millie wrote: “So, it is with great sadness that I have had to make the very tough decision to close it. Despite our best efforts and being a top seller with a number of our stockists, the financial climate in the fashion industry has proved immensely challenging and the business is no longer sustainable.”

Cammac, which is the first three letters of Millie’s name Camilla Mackintosh, is the reality star’s eponymous fashion label.
The reality star’s brand boasted over 30 stockists, including on the e-store ASOS.
Cammac’s clients included Kendall Jenner, Cara Delevingne and Rita Ora.

Why is Millie Mackintosh’s company shutting down?
The former Made In Chelsea has had to close her label because the brand has had a shortfall of £548,000, the Evening Standard has reported.
According to the publication, Millie is reportedly set to lose out on almost £200,000 with the company going bust.
Millie has revealed the company has closed because her business is “unsustainable”.
Despite the unfortunate turn of events, Millie is proud of her success. She said: “As someone who has always been passionate about fashion, I realise I have been incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to build my own fashion business over the past few years.”

Although Millie is no longer in Made In Chelsea, after she quit the programme in 2013, the popular series has recently returned to small screens.
