Catherine Tyldesley, who is best know for her role as Eva Price on Coronation Street, is also known for her incredible figure.
Recently, the 34 year old stunned at the NTAs as she showed off her small waist in a gorgeous grey star-adorned dress.
The red carpet appearance left people full of questions over Catherine’s diet and fitness secrets, from her favourite workout to what her average meal looks like.
Here’s what the mum of one has revealed about her health regime:

Catherine, who gave birth to son Alfie in March 2015, revealed how she worked on her body after settling into life as a mum.
She previously told OK! magazine exactly what her diet looks like: “[For breakfast] I always start the day with protein so normally salmon or an omelette [and for lunch] I really enjoy chargrilled chicken with a serving of broccoli and some avocado.
What about an average evening meal? “I like making bolognese at home using lean beef mince and a fresh, tomato-based sauce, but I use courgette instead of pasta.”
Speaking to Fit & Well recently about weight loss, Catherine (who reached a size 22 in her teens) said: “I did it all by eating sensibly and working out. I still have a few pounds to go, but I’m getting there.’

“Basically, I think if it runs, swims or grows in the earth you can eat it. I don’t have any junk or processed food. The way I eat is quite Mediterranean, with lots of fish, vegetables and olive oil.
“I don’t exclude any food groups. You don’t have to cut out carbs, it’s just a question of choosing the right ones. I have quinoa instead of rice and sweet potato instead of normal potatoes.”

The actress previously told OK! magazine: “At the moment I’m so busy with work it’s two times a week, but ideally it’d be four.

“A 45-minute routine is mainly weight training with High Intensity Interval Training at the end of the session. I feel stronger than ever and I was leg pressing 30 stone the other day! I’ve gone from 22 per cent body fat after having Alfie to 13.7.
As for motivation, she revealed before her wedding day: “I’m a big believer in goal setting. My main focus is looking good for my wedding but I’m also doing TrekFest in June which is a 50km walk in Brecon Beacons, so I need to do some practice.
Speaking to Fit & Well magazine Catherine explained how she’s incorporated working out with a little one into her life, such a sprints with the buggy.

Catherine recently opened up on how The 4 Pillar Plan: How to Eat, Sleep, Relax, Move Your Way to a Longer Healthier Life has had a huge influence on her mentally and physically as it has given her a more positive outlook on life.
The Coronation Street star – who will be leaving the her soap role later this year – believes the book has the ability to “single handedly change the world.”
The 34-year-old actress – who has been married to husband Tom Pitford for one year – said she turned to Doctor Chatterjee’s text for help because she has been prescribed a vast amount of medication on countless occasions over the years, but she thinks she can combat her issues mentally.

“Now I’m older and wiser – I work from the inside out, starting with nutrition. But sleep and relaxation is something I’m not very good at. I made a promise to myself this year to meditate each day, even if only for 5-10 mins. I started this book last week and what a gift it has been.”
