And the new mum has now revealed how she crafted her excellent figure, after admitting she had five months off following the arrival of her son.
In a new interview, the L’Oreal ambassador candidly opened up about motherhood – she even revealed her hair fell out after giving birth.
Cheryl, 34, also shared her tips for new mums in working out after having a baby.

Start off with home workouts
Cheryl has revealed in the past to being a fan of the Tracey Anderson workouts, and the former Girls Aloud singer still swears by the American fitness entrepreneur.
Tracey Anderson workouts focus on working the small, accessory muscles as opposed to large muscle groups.
Cheryl said she uses the streaming device available to follow the programme – which she has stuck to for seven years.

The singer explained she keeps the baby monitor with her while she works out at home, to ensure she hears her son if he stirs.
And the 34 year old will try to squeeze her workouts in while he sleeps, as that particular time to herself “was heaven”.
Don’t exercise unless you feel ready
In her new interview with The Mirror, Cheryl advised: “Don’t be pressured until you’re ready. And if you never feel ready? Who cares! As long as you and your baby are happy, that’s the important thing.”

Liam Payne’s partner also advised taking a break from working out once you’ve given birth.
While she snapped back into shape “quite fast”, the brunette beauty insisted it’s important new mums workout “for your health and mental health”, as opposed to aesthetic reasons.
