Gabby Allen said she wants to get back to her pre-Love Island figure [Wenn]
The reality star has just released a fitness app, Shape Up With Gabby Allen, and is working as a personal trainer.
Discussing her own body, she exclusively told OK! Magazine: “I’m trying to get back to how I was before the show.”
The 25 year old claims she’s gained half a stone since appearing on the ITV2 show [Wenn]
Marcel Somerville’s girlfriend added: “With my schedule being all over the place I never know when I’m going to eat.
“It’s so tempting to get a takeaway when I get home, but I always feel better when I’ve cooked.”
She added: “I’m doing a bit of intermittent fasting now, so i make sure I eat properly at 2pm and 8pm.”

The 25 year old added that she was over doing fad diets.
“A while ago I did Juice Plus, where instead of eating you have a shake.
“It works, but not for me because I can’t stop eating – I love food.

“No matter what I decide to do with my eating, it needs to involve lots of food, otherwise I end up starving myself and then bingeing.”

The stunning blonde added she doesn’t exercise as much as she used to, but still works out around four times a week.
“I’ll do a cardio class, followed by a barre class,” she said. “I like going to classes because it’s more fun and you’ve got someone to choose the music for you.”
