The mum of three has left fans begging for her diet secrets following her incredible weight loss, and now her favourite three foods have been revealed.
Holly, 36, apparently loves chicken, carrots and hummus above all, and the occasional mango slice.
A source told the Sunday Mirror: “Holly is determined to keep her new-look body, so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus.

“You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth.”
While a source told Now Holly’s diet is pretty much down to common sense, not overloading on carbohydrates and not eating rubbish.
An insider explained to the publication: “Holly does eat fish and occasionally chicken but it’s mainly veggies.
“She watches her carbs and is conscious not to overload on the bad stuff.”

However, Holly has always prided herself on not talking about her eating habits publicly.
Speaking to Prima magazine, she said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.

“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”
Holly added: “I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders. I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets.”
