In an interview with The Sun he revealed: “I’ve heard a rumour that it’s some sort of boxing.

Her diet secret is also out, with a TV insider telling the Sunday Mirror: “Holly is determined to keep her new-look body, so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus.
“You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth.”

And while Holly is famous for keeping quiet about her body and weight, she did recently admit on Lorraine how she’s been able to work on her body.
Phillip Schofield’s co presenter said: “I think you sort of get – the children are a little bit older, so I’ve got a little bit more time for myself and I’m always one of those people that if you feel happy and healthy that’s all that matters.”

Also, it’s believed that Holly has been loosing weight with the help of pilates as her instructor – who is the director of Body Control Pilates has revealed all to The Sun.
Revealing she’s been working with Holly since the birth of her youngest son Chester in 2014, she said: “I worked with Holly for several months, teaching her privately at her home once a week.”
“Holly had postnatal matt work classes which concentrated on strengthening and toning her core.”
She added that she gets the 36 year old to use a towel for exercises and focuses on her alignment and connecting the deep abdominal muscles.

Fans who have been impressed by Holly’s toned physique, or worried she’s loosing her famous curves, will be pleased with the new information as Holly has previously refused to talk about her weight loss.
Speaking to Prima magazine, Holly admitted she would never discuss her diet and exercise as she doesn’t want to encourage eating disorders.
She said: “I don’t want to encourage eating disorders. I try not to focus too much on my appearance. As long as I’m being healthy, that’s good enough for me.
“I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the important thing.”

Holly added: “I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders.
“I know that some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets.”
