Tristan Thompson’s girlfriend Khloe Kardashian has finally shared a glimpse of her daughter True Thompson and opened up about her post-pregnancy life.
In a series of Snapchats, Khloe, 33, celebrated her daughter turning one month old and revealed she was back in the gym working on her figure.
Speaking to the camera, Khloe said: “Today is the first day that I have been allowed to work out with my trainer, and I’m super excited.
“I had my first workout, I’m exhausted, but it feels so good to finally sweat again, and feel like I’m evolving and doing something progressive for my body and my mind.”

However, Khloe admitted it has been a struggle, both physically, and because she doesn’t know when her daughter will want feeding, or when she might wake up.
She continued: “It is a struggle, getting back into the groove of working out. Mentally I’m strong but physically it’s just not the same, my body is not doing what I feel like my mind is telling it to do. So, that’s a struggle, but it’s only day one.”
“I need to motivate myself, and it’s also a struggle trying to fit working out between feeding. No two days are the same, you know? True is so great, but still I can’t predict if she’s going to sleep for the full two hours or if she’s hungry.”
Khloe added why she was telling her fans this, explaining: “Baby True is a month old today so it’s a big day for the both of us, I’m going to be documenting me trying to get this body back, my mind, everything strong. Mind, body and soul, I want it all to be lined up and zen and I’m trying to do this now with my sweet baby girl. So, I love you guys, here’s to hopefully motivating some of you guys out there.”

“The key here is to focus on short, effective and post natal specific workouts that target post natal problem areas such as the core, the lower back and the upper body to improve strength and posture. Avoid higher impact workouts until core function is properly restored.”
He added: “Use workouts that you enjoy so that you can improve your mood whilst increasing your energy levels. Workouts like CARiFiT where the baby is an essential part of the routine are a double win, no childcare required and no guilt from being apart from your little one instead you create a lovely bond.
