After months of Kardashian secrecy and fan speculation, Khloe Kardashian has finally opened up about her pregnancy.
Being the Revenge Body queen she is, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians reality star has continued workout, too.
Leaving one out-of-the-loop person to tweet: “I don’t understand why @khloekardashian is doing sport while she is pregnant… It can cause some trauma for this little baby.”

Quick to hit back at haters, Kris Jenner‘s daughter wrote: “No it cannot! My doctor has instructed me to do so. Why does everyone on social media think they are a physician?? Why would I do anything to do that? If you don’t know mind your business.”
And later followed up with: “For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden… but MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and highly recommended. Thanks kiddos! Don’t make me stop sharing sh*t.”
Naturally, the 33 year old id not the first famous mum-to-be to be bombarded on social media for daring to workout.

While experts advise that it’s safe to continue working out while you’re expecting, especially if you’ve been highly active before conceiving, naturally there are some parts of your gym routine that NEED to be ruled out.
Harkirat Mahal from MotivatePT previously told OK! Online: “It is important to avoid exercises which involves lying supine or ‘on your back’ after the first trimester [week 1-12] of your pregnancy.

“As an example, the exercises to avoid include crunches, leg raises, some common yoga moves, and pelvic tilts.”
We know, it’s hard to hear that the exercises that involve lying down are the ones to avoid. But it’s all for good reason.
Harkirat explained: “The reason for avoiding this position is due to the increased weight of your uterus which can shut off the circulation to your legs, feet and baby.

“Your uterus will grow from the size of an orange to the size of a watermelon!” There are variants of these moves you can do, just speak to a trainer at your gym.
But hey, it’s not all bad news, as you’ll find yourself more flexible than ever throughout your pregnancy. Harkirat explained: “This is because you’re body releases the hormone relaxin in preparation for child birth. The body is amazing!”
Likewise when Ferne was criticised for working old while in her third trimester — with Khloe fast approaching hers — the former TOWIE star’s personal trainer, Ellie Hopley, told OK! Online: “I would always strongly advise my client or anyone wishing to train during pregnancy to get the all clear from their Dr and or midwife before continuing to exercise.
“That being said, I would not advise someone to start training if they haven’t been prior to becoming pregnant.”

She added: “During the third trimester it is safe to exercise dependant on the person and how their pregnancy is progressing. Ferne is healthy, fit and strong and so it is perfectly safe to train as long as she feels she is able.”
