Released as 2018 kicked off, it immediately saw success.
Gabby took to Twitter to write: “No 1 in health and fitness category on the App Store and 3rd out of ALL apps! Mental! I’m blown away.”
Speaking exclusively to OK|! Online, Gabby said of the response: “I am blown away by how fast it reached number one not only in health and fitness, but the whole App Store!
“I am so grateful for the support and moreover, I am so happy people are enjoying it!

Before the release, Gabby teased: “The app will be focusing on endurance, resistance as well as isometric movements. “
The star shared: “Exercises focusing on challenging yourself physically and mentally.
“Most exercises are 5 minutes or less- EASY! Train your muscles in a different way to usual.”
The short burst workouts focus on different areas – arms, abs, back, butt and legs, with a warm up and cool down too.
