The British high street may be facing increasing pressure with big brands closing down their shops, but one store is flying high.
Primark is set to open a new shop that will be the biggest ever store in the brand’s history.
The shopping haven is set to open its doors for the first time in just under six weeks time on 11 April.

With a whopping five-storeys of fashion, the building will be in Birmingham city centre and will employ near to 1,000 staff.
The super-size store gives shoppers ample room to hunt for bargains across 160,100 sq ft of floor.
There will also be a state-of-the-art beauty salon where shoppers can get their nails done, eyebrows plucked, lashes replaced and make-up touched up.

For those of you that work up an appetite while shopping till you drop, you can take your pick of three on-site restaurants.
And for those of you who are indecisive or just need help with your shopping, a dedicated personal shopping service is on offer.
The all new Birmingham-based store will also give free-wifi to its customers so you can Instagram the heck out of your new items while still in store.

Primark have promised “the latest contemporary shop fit and an enhanced customer experience”.
The new store is creating more than 500 and 430 staff will transfer from the current Birmingham shop in New Street.
