Conor McGregor and Floyd Mayweather have been warming America up for their big fight in August all week, tossing insults each other’s way while wearing aggressive outfits (okay, one of them at least). In case you’re new to GQ.com (or GQ Style, for that matter) we’re partial to McGregor’s sartorial leanings, as over the top as they are. The man is the kind of menswear peacock that doesn’t come around every day—we’d argue he puts the swerviest of guys like Jared Leto to shame. Last night, at the third stop of the fight’s four-city press tour in Brooklyn, McGregor pulled his wildest style punch yet wearing a white fur coat with a three-headed snake embroidered on the back, brocade trousers, loafers, and no shirt. The coat was Gucci, of course, straight from the Spring 2017 runway, with a price tag that hasn’t yet been confirmed but is easily around the $50,000 mark. Fuck you money, as the saying goes.
